1. CYC Living is the trading name of Saini Cycle Limited and is owned and operated by Saini Cycle Limited (“We“, “CYC Living”, “our”, “us”). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 11687225 and have our registered office at 12a Noyna Road, London, United Kingdom, SW17 7PH and our VAT number is GB 324763303.
2. Please read these Conditions carefully as they govern your access, attempts to access and use of CYC Living’s Services.
3. These Conditions tell you the rules for using our website www.cyclliving.co.uk (the “Website”) and the purchase of our Products and use of our Services.
4. By using the Website, you accept these Conditions in full, along with all other rules, policies and procedures that are and may be published from time to time by CYC Living.
5. If you do not understand, or do not agree to these Conditions you are not authorised to access or use the Website and our Services. CYC Living reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website and our Services at any time, without notice and without liability, if it reasonably determines that you have breached any of the Terms & Conditions.
6. We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time.

2. DEFINITIONS
When the following words with capital letters are used in these Term and Conditions, this is what they mean:
“Account” User who has completed the online registration form on our website and agreed to our Terms & Conditions.
“Conditions” the terms and conditions as set out in this document
“Contract” the contract between CYC Living and You for the sale and purchase of Goods.
“Goods” any goods offered for sale on our website or in store.
“Listing” description of a product offered on our Website which includes images and current pricing.
“Order” an order you have placed on our website for the purchase of a Product.
“Product” all products and services offered to you on our Website.
“Services” services available to You via the Website.
“Shop” our coffeeshop / indoor studio, details of which as published on our Website.
“User” any account holder who has completed the online registration form and agreed to our Terms & Conditions and who may be a user of our Services.
“Warehouse” our our registered office where items are dispatched and returned.
“Website” cycliving.co.uk.
“You” or “Your” the end user of the website
3. PLACING ORDERS
CYC Living operates as an ecommerce site where Products are made available for purchase through our Website.
4. CONTRACT
1. A contract is formed when an order is placed through our Website. An Order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided.
2. CYC Living will provide essential information about each Product. We also aim to use photos that best represent our Products, however images in our Listings may appear differently than the actual product itself.
3. Prices are subject to change and we reserve the right to change prices, or discounts at any time without notice. Any price increase or decrease will not affect Orders already placed.
4. If the price shown in a Listing for a Product is incorrect and doesn’t reflect the current retail Price CYC Living holds the rights cancel Your Order. If payment has already been taken we will refund you the full Price paid for the Product purchased.
5. PAYMENTS
1. When an Order is placed on our Website, You authorise CYC Living to charge your account using the payment details provided during check-out. We may use a third party payment processor to charge your account to take payment for any Order placed with CYC Living. We are not responsible for any losses that may occur if the payment method provided does not have sufficient funds to cover the payment for Your order.
2. We take payment when a contract is formed and an order is placed on our Website.
3. If an order is out of stock or we are unable to fulfil your order, a full refund will be provided.
6. DELIVERY
1. Prices shown on Listings do not include any delivery charges that may occur.
2. All Orders are delivered using a third party delivery service and as such cannot guarantee Your Order will arrive by the estimated delivery date provided.
3. We are unable to take responsibility for a parcel going missing or being returned to our warehouse due to the incorrect information being provided at the check out.
4. It is Your responsibility to collect or arrange redelivery of a parcel with the courier if a delivery is unsuccessful. All unclaimed parcels held at a delivery depot will be returned to our Warehouse. If an Order is returned due to failed collection or to no one being present at the time of delivery, You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. The cost of Products will be refunded minus any shipping and return delivery charges.
5. Products listed as pre-order on Listings, are not in stock in our warehouse. Please be sure to check estimated delivery times prior to placing an order. As soon as we receive a pre-ordered item into our Warehouse, we will dispatch your whole order to you.
6. We are currently delivering items only to the UK
7. GOODS
- We may at our sole discretion sell branded or non-branded Goods.
- We warrant that any Goods purchased with us shall:
- be free from material defects in design, material and workmanship; and
- be of satisfactory quality.
- We shall replace any defective Goods in full if:
- we are given reasonable opportunity of examining Goods; and
- the User returns such Goods to our Warehouse from which the Goods were dispatched.
- We shall only offer credit vouchers/store credit refunds for Goods that are returned with a receipt, within a period of 14 days from delivery, but not defective.
- We shall not be liable to replace any defective Goods if:
- the default was caused by your incorrect use of the Goods;
- you alter or repair such Goods; or
- the default arises as a result of fair wear and tear, willful damage, negligence or abnormal working conditions.
6. Subject to clause 7.5 if a User changes their mind about any Goods purchased from us they may return them to our Warehouse within 14 days from delivery with a receipt, and we will provide store credit up to the value of the Goods being returned minus any shipping and return postage costs. You must notify CYC Living within 14 days of receiving Your Order and receive prior approval for the return. All furniture products, items made to order, bespoke or personalised in any way are excluded from our return policy. Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. If items are missing any original packaging, a restocking fee will apply to be determined by CYC Living on receipt of the return. This does not affect Members’ and Users’ statutory rights as a Consumer. The price of our Goods shall be the prices set out on our Website and are subject to change from time to time.
8. ACCOUNT HOLDER
- Certain areas of our Website are restricted to Users only and may only be accessed once a User has registered with us and has been issued with or have chosen a username and password to access their Account.
- A User must not allow any other person to use their username, password or other login details. If a User believes or suspects that someone else knows their login details they must contact us as soon as possible.
- We reserve the right to disable any user identification code or password used to access to this Website at any time if in our reasonable opinion a User has failed to comply with these Conditions.
- Users shall not obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorised access to an area of the Website which is only accessible with a username and password other than that which has been available to a User. Users must not attempt to evade our authentication or security procedures nor assist, encourage or permit any other person to do any of the above things.
- We shall not be liable for any losses a User suffers as a result of unauthorised access to their Account until such time as the User has informed us of unauthorised use or possible unauthorised use of their login details or of a breach of security.
- If You are accessing an area of our Website protected by a username and password to use the Services available through it otherwise than in the course of your business, the User has certain statutory rights as a consumer regarding the performance of Services. These statutory rights will not be affected by any statement contained in these Conditions.

Save to the extent expressly permitted by applicable laws, Users must not copy, modify, download, distribute, decipher, de-compile, interfere with or attempt to interfere with that software without our prior written consent.

- If any of these Conditions are or become illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that shall not affect the legality, validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction of any other term or condition, which shall continue to have full force and effect; or the legality, validity or enforceability in other jurisdictions of that or any other term or condition, which shall continue to have full force and effect.
18. RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES
- A person who is not a party to these Conditions may not enforce any of them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

- No waiver of any of the Terms and Conditions shall be valid unless provided in writing by Saini Cycle Limited.
20. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
- Any dispute arising between a User and CYC Living in relation to these Conditions shall be governed by English law.
- All parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. However, if a User is a resident of Northern Ireland they may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if a Member/User is a resident of Scotland, they may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
- CYC Living reserves the right to withdraw, vary or amend any promotion, discount or competition at any time.
